Orders And Deliveries:

We pride ourselves on good customer care and service, we will do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible and meet your expectations, if we don’t meet these we ask that you contact us so we can try and resolve the problem.  When placing an order with us, it is your responsibility to provide your correct name, address, and postcode. We will not be held responsible for non-delivery if inaccurate information is given.  Uncollected packages that are returned to us will be resent to you on request but additional postage charges will be charged.

Liability:

You are advised to note that the products listed on this website contain nuts. You’re advised not to buy these products if you, or anyone with close contact with the product, has a nut allergy. Nuts&JARS® nut butter is made in a factory containing two products: nuts and tree nuts. Nuts&JARS® accepts no responsibility regarding illness or injury due to the consumption of Nuts&JARS® nut butter or being in close contact with said products.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to our nut butters being consumables we are unable to accept returns.

Refunds & Returns:

If you are dissatisfied with your nut butter, or anything else sold on this website, a return or refund is given at the discretion of Nuts&JARS®.

However, refunds will not be given if you are: dissatisfied with the texture or taste of the product (except when there is a broken seal), dissatisfied with the appearance of the product, or unaware of certain specifications of the product; such as ingredients, allergen information, weight of the product, and so forth.

Payment:

All payment must be made in full before orders can be dispatched.

We do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product.
